# Member tokens

There is a total supply of 404 first phase member tokens in Valley22. There are 22 tokens reserved by the Valley22 owner, 29 tokens reserved by Karma Labs funders, and 310 tokens are available for public mint. The remaining 43 tokens are reserved for marketing.

The drop of first generation member tokens is divided into three rounds.
